Check-out limit is 12am, check with our Reception for a late-checkout (coming by charge).
Is there a Shuttle Service?
Yes, our Shuttle Service is available for our guests by charge. The service has to be reserved, depending on the guests number we’ll give you the correct rate.
Which are the Restaurant operating hours?
Dining service starts at our Lounge Bar from 5pm, our Pizzeria Al Volo! is open daily from 7pm. Enjoy an happy hour every day at our Lounge Bar or at our summer veranda from 7pm. We can arrange a lunch upon reservation.
Which kind of breakfast is served and which are the operating hours?
A reach American Buffet Breakfast is served daily between 6:30am to 10am, with a tasteful choice between salted plates and pastry.
Is there a luggage storage service?
Upon request, we can store your luggage at our Reception.
With which currency can I pay?
We only accept Euros.
Is there a parking ?
The Hotel has a wide outdoor parking, freely available to all our guests and Restaurat-Pizzeria customers. Upon request, our indoor garage is available at € 5,00 per night, free of charge for those who book a room with a “Club” rate.
Is there an Internet connection? Is it free?
Our Wi-Fi service is free in our Lobby and in the common areas, in the rooms comes by charge. The in-room Wi-Fi is included for those who book a room with a “Club” rate.
Are pets accepted?
We love your pet! We accept small and medium size pets, by charge of € 10,00 per night.
